1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with Weblopy for any services, including but not limited to website development, digital marketing, and SEO services, you agree to be bound by these Weblopy Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Weblopy provides various services, including website development, digital marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and more. The specific terms of each service will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal provided to you prior to the commencement of any work.

3. Client Responsibilities

Content Provision: The client must provide all necessary content, images, and information required for the development of the website in a timely manner.
Access: The client must provide access to any necessary accounts, hosting, and domains to enable Weblopy to perform the agreed services.
Approvals: The client must review and approve all deliverables promptly to avoid delays.

4. Payment Terms

Deposit: A 30% deposit is required before the commencement of any work. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project, before the website is handed over or made live.
Late Payment: A late fee of 5% per month will be applied to any unpaid invoices that are overdue by more than 30 days.
Additional Costs: Any additional services or requests outside the original scope of work will incur additional charges. These will be communicated to the client before proceeding.

5. Project Timelines

Weblopy will make every effort to meet the agreed deadlines. However, the client must be aware that delays may occur if the client fails to provide the necessary content, approvals, or information promptly.

6. Revisions

Weblopy offers up to three rounds of revisions on the design and development of websites. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. Revisions do not include changes to the overall structure or functionality of the website unless otherwise agreed.

7. Intellectual Property

Ownership: Upon full payment, the client will own the rights to the website and any custom-developed code. However, Weblopy retains the right to use the project in its portfolio.
Third-Party Content: Weblopy may use third-party plugins, images, or content with the client’s consent. The licensing and use of such third-party content are subject to the terms of the respective providers.

8. Hosting and Maintenance

Hosting: Weblopy does not provide hosting services unless specifically agreed. The client is responsible for their hosting and domain registration unless otherwise arranged.
Maintenance: Maintenance services are not included in the initial development cost unless stated otherwise. Maintenance packages are available upon request.

9. Termination

By the Client: The client may terminate the agreement at any time, but the deposit is non-refundable. If the termination occurs after the project has started, the client will be liable for the work completed up to the date of termination.
By Weblopy: Weblopy reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the client fails to adhere to these Terms of Service or if payment is not received.

10. Liability and Warranty

Warranty: Weblopy provides a 30-day warranty on all websites after they go live to fix any bugs or issues that arise from our work.
Limitation of Liability: Weblopy is not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services provided.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information shared during the project private and not disclose it to any third parties without prior consent.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Dubai.

13. Amendments

Weblopy reserves the right to update or amend these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is the client’s responsibility to review these terms periodically.
